YAGAZI Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase from YAGAZI. Each piece is crafted with care - but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

✅ Eligibility for Returns
As a small, independent label, we craft each piece in limited quantities. To remain sustainable and fair, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns on:
Sale or discounted items
Items marked Final Sale
Customized or limited-edition pieces
📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend tracked shipping - we are not responsible for lost returns.
💳 Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 5–15 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return your item and place a new order.
⚠️ Returns That Don’t Meet Our Policy
Items that fail inspection (e.g., worn, stained, or damaged) will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your cost.
