Processing Times
In-stock items: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Standard delivery timelines range from 3–14 business days, depending on your shipping address and courier availability.
Expedited shipping options (if available) will be displayed at checkout.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, Yagazi may offer select items on a pre-order basis. These items are not yet in stock and will ship at a later date.
Estimated shipping windows for pre-orders will be clearly stated on the product page.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item will ship at a later date, which may be subject to changes based on production or logistics.
Should there be any adjustments to the anticipated delivery window, we will proactively communicate updates via email and keep you informed at every step.
Split Shipments
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately to ensure you receive available products without delay. You will be notified accordingly.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Order Changes & Address Modifications
