All prices are listed according to your location including applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including those that appear to be placed by resellers or unauthorized distributors.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Yagazi is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier-related issues once the item is in transit.
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These are not included in your order total and must be settled with your local customs office.
6. Pre-Orders
Items marked as “pre-order” are not immediately available for shipment.
Estimated shipping windows are provided on the product page. Any updates or delays will be communicated via email or other available channels.
Please note: Pre-orders are often limited and made-to-order. Cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for information on eligibility, timelines, and procedures.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags - including our protective tag -still attached.
Items without this tag cannot be returned.
